Project Description
This 20-story residential tower takes the form of a double-helix building that twists around a central core. It was designed as a vertical landscape structure that also has a low energy consumption. The balconies contain plants, vegetable gardens and fruit trees, also adding to the overall look of the green tower.
Scope of Services
CDC provided a full range of consulting services through the Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents phases of the project. The services included drawing reviews, specification writing, shop drawing reviews, and on-site field observations.
