Project Description

The tallest building in the Southeast, the Bank of America Corporate Center is located in the heart of downtown Charlotte. The facade predominantly consists of a warm, beige granite, and is accented by clear reflective glass, rising from an agate granite base. The tower culminates in a 100-foot sculptured crown. Beyond the agate, granite entrance is an expansive lobby appointed with green marble columns, patterned marble floors, a high sculptured ceiling, and monumental three-part fresco.

Scope of Services

CDC's scope of services to the Owner/Developer included a full consulting package from design, specifications, testing, review, and job site observations to punch list inspections.
