Calpine Center is a 34-story, 453-foot skyscraper which is the 30th tallest building in Houston.
Scope of Services
CDC provided a full range of consulting services to the Architect. Services included assisting the Architect with final construction documents and value engineering along with performing site observations and witnessing water-testing during the construction administration phase.
