Project Description

This project consists of a 1,500,000 square-foot building of varying height, with exterior wall systems of brick faced precast concrete panels, aluminum and glass windows, and aluminum and glass unitized curtain wall with an array of brightly colored shadow box spandrel panels.

Scope of Services

CDC provided consulting services for review of design development and construction documents, bid proposals, mock-up shop drawings and calculations, shop drawings and calculations, and witness mock-up testing for aluminum and glass systems and brick faced precast concrete.
