Project Description

CityCenter is a massive 16,797,000 square-foot mixed-use development on The Las Vegas Strip. It includes Aria Hotel and Casino, a 61-story resort casino; Vdara, a 57-story hotel-condo tower; The Harmon Hotel and Spa, a non-gaming hotel; Mandarin Oriental, a hotel-condo tower; Veer Towers, twin 37-story condo towers that lean 5 degrees in opposite directions; and Crystals, a 500,000 square foot retail and entertainment district. This $8.5 billion project is the largest privately funded construction project in the history of the United States.

Scope of Services

CDC was the Building Envelope Consultant for the entire project. CDC performed a full spectrum of consulting services to the General Contractor, Perini Building Company.
