Project Description
This 19-story residential tower has an exterior wall consisting of vertical and horizontal textured precast panels with punched opening windows. It serves as a residential housing for the elderly and disabled.
Scope of Services
CDC has worked as the Design Professional for all phases of the work including investigation, design, construction documents, bidding and construction administration. The repair consisted of limited window sealant replacement and precast concrete restoration work.
